The Bellman Hotel (Opening 2024), with its timeless shape and design, its straight lines and accents, welcomes you to your visit to Berlin-Neukölln, the new insider part of the city. With its 99 unique rooms and suites, some equipped with a pantry kitchen. In a collaboration between Tchoban Voss Architects and MonaPort Design, the hotel was created as an urban highlight for Berlin-Neukölln. Our rooftop spa invites you to relax, enjoy the sauna, and admire the view of the Berlin TV Tower. You can dine and drink in our Mediterranean cuisine restaurant.

Your Profile

• Friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Flexibility and careful action
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Knowledge in PMS systems is desirable
• You already have experience in the hotel industry
• You have computer skills, email and word processing skills, good German and English skills
• Residence in Berlin or the surrounding area

Your Responsibilities

Customer satisfaction and expectation / Front Office

• Develop and exceed the satisfaction of your guests
• Initiate and maintain contact with customers
• Complaint handling
• Checking the daily arrival list
• Check-in / Check-out
• You WOW our guests daily

Reservations

• You check all arrivals the day before arrival to ensure that all billing information is correct and a corresponding backup is available in the file
• You update the reservation file at the end of each shift
