The Bellman Hotel (Opening 2024), with its timeless shape and design, its straight lines and accents, welcomes you to your visit to Berlin-Neukölln, the new insider part of the city. With its 99 unique rooms and suites, some equipped with a pantry kitchen. In a collaboration between Tchoban Voss Architects and MonaPort Design, the hotel was created as an urban highlight for Berlin-Neukölln. Our rooftop spa invites you to relax, enjoy the sauna, and admire the view of the Berlin TV Tower. You can dine and drink in our Mediterranean cuisine restaurant.

Your Profile

• Friendly demeanor towards guests and coworkers
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Flexibility and careful action
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Professional experience and good German skills are advantageous but not required
• Residence in Berlin or surrounding area

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the smooth arrival and departure of our guests.
• You are the first point of contact for the reception.
• Shift management and operational support of the Front Office & Reservation teams are your responsibility.
• You ensure compliance with all standards during check-in and check-out.
• You are responsible for training new employees.
• Close cooperation with the Housekeeping team is part of your daily work.
• You are responsible for complaint management.
• You create the duty rosters.
